Tutti LGBA 2020, our first-ever online conference, will provide opportunities for members to attend workshops and open forums, receive updates from select LGBA committees and more. LGBA will also host the Assembly of Delegates Annual Meeting, where member bands’ representatives hear updates from the LGBA Board of Directors and vote on important Association initiatives.

The main day for our first-ever online conference will start with an exciting keynote speaker and end with a happy hour — and in between, we’ve packed more than 10 sessions of information and sharing to help our LGBA members. Webinar sessions will include, but are not limited to:
- Workshops on topics from COVID-19 to youth bands
- Forums for board presidents and artistic directors
- Ignite! LGBA session

Sunday, July 26 — LGBA Annual Meeting
For the Assembly of Delegates and Board of Directors
plus any interested spectators from the LGBA community
The LGBA Assembly of Delegates Annual Meeting is the primary business session of the Association’s governing body. The Assembly of Delegates is comprised of one to two representatives from each of our bands-in-formation and full member bands, as selected by each member organization.
A detailed agenda for the Assembly of Delegates meeting will be sent to band representatives by July 13. Agenda items will include, but are not limited to:
- Election of Vice President, Treasurer, and Directors for the LGBA Board
- Update on 2021 Conference in Houston
- Vote on the 2022 Conference bid from the Lakeside Pride Band
Member band presidents must notify LGBA Secretary David E. McBee at secretary@lgba.org of the names of your band representatives for the Assembly of Delegates meeting by no later than Friday, June 26, 2020.

Registration is free and open to all affiliate members and anyone associated with our member organizations. This is a great opportunity to experience LGBA, maybe for the first time, from the comfort of your own home. Without the costs of travel or registration, we hope to see a large crowd of our members Tutti this July.
